Public companies with market caps of $5bn-$15bn are partnering with buyout and tech investors so they can develop AI features away from public scrutiny, according to senior market strategist Scott Voss.
A slew of recent deals highlight the legal sector’s race towards digital readiness.
The firm appointed Benjamin Cordonnier as CEO and co-managing partner, and Judith Charpentier as co-managing partner in May.
The pair will make the investments via their GP stake strategy and global private markets platform, respectively.
